Experienced HVAC Installation Technician – $50+/Hour + $17,000 Sign-On Bonus

This exceptional opportunity offers $50+ per hour and a $17,000 sign-on bonus for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations.

Responsibilities

• Install heating, air-conditioning, ventilation, and indoor air-quality systems
• Complete HVAC system replacements, equipment changeouts, and new installations
• Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, ductwork, and related components
• Read installation specifications, equipment manuals, blueprints, and job plans
• Complete system start-ups, testing, troubleshooting, and performance checks
• Ensure installations comply with manufacturer requirements and applicable codes
• Explain newly installed systems and operating procedures to customers
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates
• Follow company safety standards and keep work areas clean and organized
• Work closely with installation helpers, service technicians, and project supervisors

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing residential or commercial HVAC systems
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, refrigeration, electrical components, controls, and airflow
• Ability to complete installations efficiently and to high-quality standards
• EPA certification strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an installation team
• Professional appearance and a strong commitment to job-site safety
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of HVAC installation work
