About the role: We are seeking a driven, full-cycle Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Sales organization. This role owns new-logo acquisition within our largest and most strategic prospects — enterprise organizations with over $1B in annual revenue — running the complete sales process from first outreach to signature.

You'll be hunting, not farming: building pipeline from scratch, navigating complex buying committees, and closing $250K+ ACV deals with some of the world's largest technology companies. You'll work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to build a repeatable, high-value new-business motion.

What You'll Do

New Business Development

• Own full-cycle sales for new-logo enterprise accounts (over $1B in annual revenue), from prospecting through close
• Build and manage a pipeline of $250K+ ACV opportunities within a defined enterprise segment
• Proactively source new opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and partner relationships

Sales Execution

• Run a disciplined, end-to-end sales process: discovery, technical validation, business case development, negotiation, and close
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees typical of $1B+ enterprises
• Partner with Sales Engineering to demonstrate platform value to technical and business stakeholders
• Build compelling business cases and ROI narratives tailored to enterprise buyers

Pipeline & Forecast Management

• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in the CRM
• Provide reliable weekly forecasting input to Sales leadership
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly new-business quota

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Marketing on strategies for target enterprise accounts
• Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services to ensure a smooth handoff post-close
• Share market and competitive intelligence gathered in the field with Product and Sales leadership

What Success Looks Like

Within your first year you will:

• Have built and be consistently managing a healthy pipeline of $250K+ ACV enterprise opportunities
• Have closed multiple new-logo enterprise accounts
• Be delivering accurate, reliable weekly forecasts
• Have established trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at target accounts
• Be recognized as a strategic, consultative seller within the Sales organization

What You'll Bring

Required Experience

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience strongly preferred, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
• Demonstrated success closing $250K+ ACV deals with large enterprise organizations (over $1B in revenue)
• Proven track record of new-logo/net-new business generation, not just account growth
• Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying processes
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota

Preferred Experience

• Experience selling martech, partner ecosystem, or channel marketing platforms
• Experience selling AI-powered software platforms
• Formal sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Command of the Message)
• Experience selling into Fortune 500 / Global 2000 accounts

Technical Skills

• CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)
• Forecasting and pipeline management tools
• AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar)
