Clinical Neuropsychologist – Adult NeuropsychologyCleveland Clinic Florida’s Neurological Institute is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist with specialization in adult neuropsychology to join our growing Neuropsychology section at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital in Vero Beach, Florida.Position HighlightsThis is a clinical position created to meet the growing demand for general adult neuropsychology services at Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation and consultation for patients with a broad range of neurological and cognitive conditions.The clinical practice includes patients with:Brain tumorsStroke and cerebrovascular diseaseDementia and neurocognitive disordersEpilepsyMultiple sclerosisConcussion and other acquired brain injuriesMovement disordersMood and anxiety disordersOther cognitive and neurological concernsThe clinical practice model is based on neuropsychologist-led clinical interviews and interpretation, supported by psychometrist-administered testing.QualificationsApplicants must have:Doctoral degree from an APA- or CPA-accredited psychology programCompletion of an internship with training and experience in neuropsychologyCompletion of a postdoctoral fellowship specializing in neuropsychologyEligibility for Florida licensure as a psychologistEligibility for or certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) in Clinical Neuropsychology is strongly preferredAbout Cleveland Clinic Indian River HospitalCleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital is an award-winning, 332-bed, not-for-profit hospital located in Vero Beach on Florida’s Treasure Coast.
